Kernel : 2.6.9-42.EL-2.0.3

OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 AS

Database: 10.2.0.1


While doing ASM Configuraion, I got below error message

"Marking disk "VOL1" as an ASM disk: [FAILED]"

Not able to create ASM Disk's
